How PPS Construction Services Works

We come out, look at the project, and give you a no-cost estimate. No obligation — it's how we start every job.

Want more than a ballpark? We'll prepare a full written scope of work: everything itemized and phased, materials and labor spelled out, so you know exactly what's included before you commit. It's a flat $500, and it's yours to keep whether or not you hire us. If you move forward with PPS on the project, that $500 is credited toward your job — so it costs you nothing in the end. This option is for homeowners who want a detailed plan on paper for budgeting, comparing bids, or lender/insurance purposes, separate from actually starting work.

Beyond the build, we take care of the paperwork most homeowners don't want to deal with — architectural plans, blueprints, permits, and property surveys — and manage them through the local jurisdiction so your project is done right and to code.

From full home renovations and kitchen/bath remodels to basements, garages, additions, roofing, siding, flooring, painting, concrete and driveways, fencing, and fire and water damage restoration — whether it's one room or a whole property, we can handle it.

Once you approve and we're hired, we run the job in clear phases — permits first, then rough-in (plumbing, electrical, framing), then finishes, and a final walkthrough with inspections. You always know what phase we're in and what's next.

A deposit up front to schedule and order materials, then progress payments as each phase is completed, and a final payment at completion once everything passes inspection. You pay as the work gets done — never all up front. We're licensed, bonded, and insured, and provide lien releases as you pay.
